Dear Customers
Now more than ever it’s important we get our dose of fresh air and exercise to maintain our health and sanity. So we’re open as usual, with our workshop working hard repairing bikes to keep our customers pedalling, and there are a couple of extra things we’re doing…
Self Isolation
If you’re having to self-isolate, you’re still allowed outside to exercise (in isolation), and you’ll be needing your regular bike ride more than anyone. So if your bike needs repairing and you can’t get it to us, give us a call or email, and we’ll do our best to arrange to collect it and drop it back to you. We can call on arrival and arrange with you to leave it on your doorstep or in your garden, and then sort everything else out remotely by phone call or email.
There’s no charge for this, but with limited staff resources, I’m sure all our customers will understand we can only provide this service to those that have to be in isolation, and need the help most!
Social Distancing
If you’re practising social distancing, because you’re in a vulnerable group or just because you want to, you may not want to come into the shop to drop off and collect your bike. So alternatively, you can call in advance, and we can collect from outside the shop, or in one of the nearby car parks. Again, we’ll just take the bike, and sort everything else out remotely by phone or email.
As you know the government advice changes daily, and this will affect what we can and can’t do, but we’ll keep our website updated, and send mailings as appropriate.
Keep safe, keep sane, and keep pedalling!
