At about 1730 I had a flat and was cycling back to my car some 12 miles away. The team immediately offered to help (even though it was a road bike and not a Trek) identifying a loose valve, sorted that then tightened a loose head set they had noticed, offered me more water as my bottle was running low and then to crown it all provided a helmet as rather stupidly I had forgotten mine. So refrershingly to deal with people who care and provide excellent service without looking for a big pay day. Thank you very much! Lifesaver!
The most incredible service. Had a minor “coming together” in Dorking High Street and needed to get wheel sorted. Wandered doe to HftH. They normally have long waiting list but tried sort it on the spot as we were mid ride. Sort of sorted it but we’re not comfortable with us going on ride with temp fix so lent us a front wheel for the day free of charge.

Excellent service from HFTH once again. Stopped mid-ride with a slightly rubbing front disc brake which the super helpful mechanic realigned in five mins flat (checking rear one also). And then refused to accept payment for! Awesome place - if I lived nearer they’d get all my servicing business for sure!
These guys offer specialist knowledge about bikes and excellent customer service. Dan was great at explaining all the elements of E-bikes and Ethan was very helpful with questions when we returned the demo bike.
I bought a new Trek Supercaliber from these guys back in July and they offered a free 6 wk tune up. They were true to their word and did a really excellent job. In addition to the tune up, they advised on set-up adjustment following my feedback on wanting a more agressive/ forward position, then provided all the labour for free (fitting longer stem and removing the head tube spacers, as well as fitting the progressive suspension). It now rides exactly how I want it and I couldn't be more pleased with it, or them.

I have a Trek Rail that I didn’t purchase from HFTH as waiting time was too long (no fault of HFTH) however it’s the shop I go to for servicing, repairs and warranty work and they’re just brilliant!
