As a bike shop we have been allowed to stay open, which we are very grateful for. In the spirit of what we’re all being asked to do though, we would ask that you please only visit us if you need to.
To help keep us all healthy and sane, we want to continue to repair bikes, provide new bikes to people that don’t currently have one, and provide essential items to people to keep their bikes running (e.g. inner tubes, brake pads etc where needed). Beyond that, we would ask all our lovely customers, that we normally very much enjoy coming in for a casual browse, shop, and chat, to stay away.
If you do need your bike repairing, or need to purchase something, please call us in advance on 01306 885007 as we have some protocols in place to minimise interaction. If you are a key worker, please let us know and we will prioritise your repair. And as per our update last week, if you are in self-isolation and need your bike repairing we are able to collect and deliver your bike to you.
