No minimum spend, free delivery on everything to UK addresses. Simple.
We'll normally send by Royal Mail First Class Signed For service, or for bulky items by TNT Express. Either way, it'll need a signature, so make sure someone will be in to sign for it (you can give a different delivery address to payment address).
If the order is placed before 3pm we'll do our utmost to despatch it same day, so it should normally be with you next day. For orders after 3pm, it'll be despatched either same day or the following day.
Outside of the UK, get in contact with us first and we'll check postage costs for you.
If the item is unused, complete with packaging, and in a resellable condition, you can return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund - no questions asked. Outisde of the 90 days, if it's still a current, stocked item, that should be fine too, just give us a call or email first.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, either on receipt of goods or during use, then firstly we're sorry for the inconvenience. Please return the item to us, and we'll assess the fault and give you options for repairing, replacing, or refunding. You can just send it to us with a description of the fault, but it's best if you can contact us by email or phone first.
