15/5/06 BHF Charity Ride

This weekend Head for the Hills was at the British Heart Foundations Great Surrey Cycle Ride in more ways than one. Dan was there at the start line to help participants get ready for either there 37 or 45 mile ride by offering mechanical assistance and our new range of SIS energy bars. 

Meanwhile I was undertaking the more challenging task of participating in the 45 mile ride. The whole route was excellently marked out and everyone I talked to really enjoyed the ride, and hopefully raised lots of money for the British Heart Foundation.
